Your privacy, in plain language.

Nudgify AI Pro is designed to work with as little personal data as possible. Depending on how you use the app, the following information may be involved:

• Questions you send to Ask AI. The text of your questions is sent to our AI provider to generate a reply. We do not require you to include personal details — and we recommend you don't.
• Daily nudge requests. When you tap "Get Today's Nudge," we request fresh content from our AI provider. This request does not include personal information about you.
• Device and technical data. Standard information your device shares to make network requests work (such as IP address and basic device info) is processed by our infrastructure and AI providers as part of normal operation.

We do not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or contacts to use the app.

• To generate your daily AI nudges and reply to your Ask AI questions.
• To keep the app running reliably and diagnose technical problems.
• To improve the quality and clarity of nudges and answers over time.

We do not sell your information. We do not use your Ask AI questions to build advertising profiles about you.

To deliver core features, Nudgify AI Pro relies on trusted third-party providers:

• AI model provider. Your Ask AI questions and daily nudge prompts are sent to a large-language-model API in order to generate a response. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy and data-use policies.
• App stores and platform services. If you install the app from an app store, that store may collect installation and usage analytics under its own policy.

We do our best to work only with providers that maintain industry-standard security practices.

Requests between the app and our AI provider are sent over encrypted HTTPS connections. We follow common-sense practices to limit access to systems and credentials. No service, however, can guarantee perfect security — please avoid sending sensitive personal, financial, or medical information through Ask AI.

• Start fresh anytime. You can clear your Ask AI conversation from inside the app using the refresh button.
• Stop using the service. Uninstalling the app stops any further data being sent from your device.
• Contact us. If you'd like a copy of, or deletion of, any information you believe we hold about you, reach out using the contact details below and we'll respond in a reasonable time frame.

Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA), you may have additional rights such as access, correction, deletion, or objecting to certain processing. Contact us to exercise them.

Nudgify AI Pro is intended for a general adult audience. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Nudgify AI Pro is operated from Nigeria, and the third-party services we rely on may process data in other countries. By using the app, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions whose data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

We may update this policy from time to time as the app evolves. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted where reasonably possible.
